Common questions

My video is still generating

A song and video usually finish within a few minutes. If one seems stuck for more than 15 minutes, close and reopen the app (or refresh the page) — your work is saved and will continue where it left off. If it still hasn't finished, email us and we'll look into it.

My generation failed — was I charged?

Credits are refunded automatically when a generation fails. If your balance still looks wrong, email us and we'll correct it.

How many credits does a video cost?

Each video costs 30 credits, charged when the generation starts. New accounts receive free credits so you can try it before buying anything.

Refunds and billing

Purchases made in the iOS app are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's refund page. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.

Deleting your account or data

You can delete your account from the app's settings. To request deletion of generated songs and videos, email us from the address on your account and we'll remove your data.
